Jesse was born on August 22, 2001, and is the son of Scott and Shelli Cochran. He is one of the few college wheelchair basketball players to come out of the American Association of Adapted Sports (AAASP), where he is well-known as one of the best players to ever play in the league. When he is not in class or on the court, he spends his time playing relaxing videogames such as Madden and 2k24, learning the game of Chess, or going back home to spend time with his family and two dogs, Dollar (who was named after how cheap he was purchased for), or his other dog Steve (whom his family rescued a few years back).
